Biography

Sharon R. Stone MS, DD, VHT, RMT is an instructor of psychology, world religions and philosophies, as well as a Life Coach who combines Psychology (REBT/DBT/CBT) and Shamanism to help her clients and students to move through difficult issues in their lives since 1998. Her masters degree is in Social Psychology and her BS is in General Psychology. Her specialty is in generalized and other anxiety disorders, as well as comorbid conditions of anger and anxiety management.

Dr. Stone is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Psychology and is specializing in inter-group conflict and anger management in society. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Grand Canyon and Walden University. She is an honorary Doctor of Divinity and has studied Theology, world religions, Shamanism, and Eastern philosophies for over 25 years.

Her first book, based upon years of teaching 'The Going Clear Weekend' workshop and lecture taught throughout the U.S. was published for the general public in (2009) is 'Going Clear, Doorway to the Divine'. The outline of the 'Going Clear, Doorway...' material as well as the Lecture states the problem in the mind both psychologically and culturally of why one is not autonomous in their own right as an adult who is able to make correct decisions in life for themselves. The Lecture and material goes on to show how to become empowered and autonomous within ones own right, with exercises to expose deep seated belief systems and past traumas, so that they may clear them away. This lecture and material also goes on to offer support through technique how to find ones own authenticity in life in personal decisions with a closing on what this will do for a person based upon common religious, mythological, psychological (developed higher self-efficacy) and cultural themes.
