About Light in the Dark Publishing
Our History...
Light in the Dark Publishing is a subsidiary of Sharon Stone Institute, Light in the Dark Healing Center and Light in the Dark Charities.
Light in the Dark Publishing was created to provide workshop materials for the Sharon Stone Institute and Dr. Sharon R. Stone's workshops that have been taught in the Midwest and throughout the southern United states.
As these high powered workshop materials could not be made available to the general public, without required attendance at one of these weekends that many times included airfare to travel to, another idea was born. This is when we went into production on a user manual that is a workshop that one may attend in the privacy of their own homes. This was an added convenience, in addition to being much more cost effective for the average person, as no one need travel at all. This way the demand of study materials for individuals who could not attend a whole weekend of training, and therapy, and experience the truly amazing benefits of attending could now be met. The idea has been a huge success as many individuals from around the world are now able to attend the workshop - in a book.
In 2009 a non-workshop publication was offered, in lieu of attendance, and this offering has been sold all over the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Some of the books have even ended up in India, as well as Europe. This popular publication has so embodied the work done within the G.C. Weekend that they are rarely if ever in need of being taught by Dr. Stone any longer. The Sharon Stone Institute taught World Religions, the Going Clear Weekend methods, a wide range of Healing modalities and more; the Going Clear Weekend was at the core teaching of these courses.
Present Day...
Light in the Dark Publishing has decided to use their expertise in creating quality publications for others, in order to help them to be able to share their important work, and words, with others - via their own books. Light in the Dark Publishing is currently working with new authors to get their work published successfully, with integrity, and with a small family atmosphere that is largely unequaled amongst today's self-publishing book mills. LIDP helps the author, step by step, to learn the process of achieving success with a quality staff at their disposal to help new authors to get started in publishing.
